At Performance Rowing LLC, we take great pride in the quality of our apparel and rowing equipment, including boats in coordination with Filippi Boats. Because of the custom and specialized nature of many of our products, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed.
We understand, however, that issues can arise. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please notify us immediately through our Contact page. We will work with you to review the situation and, where appropriate, arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund.
To qualify for consideration, any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, along with photos or other documentation as requested.
Rowing Boats
All rowing boat sales are final. Due to their high-value, specialized, and often custom-built nature, we cannot accept returns. Manufacturer warranty coverage provided by Filippi Boats may apply, and we will assist customers in initiating warranty claims when needed.
Apparel
We do not offer returns or refunds for apparel unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached in order to qualify for replacement or refund consideration.
Performance Rowing LLC reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies for replacement, repair, or refund. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable, and customers may be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
We strive to make every purchase a positive experience and will review each case fairly, with the goal of ensuring customer satisfaction while protecting the integrity of our business.
